The ingredient of Sand Cake
- 1 cup 150g self raising flour

- 3 4 cup 180g caster sugar
- 1 4 cup 60ml milk
- 125g butter softened
- 2 eggs

- 2 cups icing sugar sifted

The Instruction of sand cake
- preheat oven to 190u00b0c line a greased 9cm x 21cm base measurement loaf pan behind non stick baking paper
